We will send you an initial quotation which will list everything we feel you may require for the type of event. This is very flexible and can be amended at any stage of the process. We can then offer you a free, no obligation site visit where we can accurately measure your site and further discuss your requirements and expectations.
Only when you are entirely happy with the quotation will we require a 20% deposit to secure your booking. If your requirements change after this, for example a change in guest numbers, we can still alter your package.
